start with health.....

let me...give a brief introduction to the debate wich i would like to start here...

firstly i willl tell some information about the state situation and i wont offer any solutions ..

after reading this u should offer some solutions....

Here it starts.....

1) Health :I have started with dis topic because...dis is the one everyone irrespective of caste , creed, etc...requires...

In our state almost every mandal has a govt. hospital. each govt. hospital serves a population of atleast 1 lakh. der will be atleast 5 doctors in each hospital. more dan 30 staff members...

daily atleast 100 patients visit each hospital. our govt hospitals are not at all lack of good doctors..

but the problem is doctors r getting very less package when compared to their counter parts in private hospitals..so dey dont come to the hospitals and work for private hospitals....

there r more dan 10 private hospitals in each mandal....know one knows which doctor or wich hospital has govt recognition...but still hundreds of people visit each private hospital. 

every day we see many cases of doctors deceiving patients..

so at dis point i would like to say about the famous programme in our state  "aarogyasri".

it is a program wich helps the people with white cards to access corporate hospitals at very low cost ( in d sense govt pays the bill for those people for treatment in hospitals..). more dan 500 diseases have been listed in the program and people with dose diseases can go to corporate hospitals and get some limited amount as concession....

for example suppose some one with a white card has a heart problem and he needs to under go bipass surgery...he may go to apolo hospital and take the treatment...the govt will pay some thing around 1 lakh rupees for his surgery...and the hospital can charge any amount for their stay during surgery and after....suppose the govt also includes dis charge...

at a minimum count apollo hospital will charge totally 3 lakhs including stay during the bipass surgery...so the govt is paying 3 lakhs for a patient...

dat sounds great...

but the next question is how many heart patients r der in the state...?

suppose der r 10 lakh heart patients and the govt pays 3 lakhs per head to a corporate hospital for his treatment...

so the total cost is

10 lakh * 3 lakh = 300000000000;

it is nothing other dan 30,000 crores...

its not a mathematical gimmick friends its truly a fact...

so wat about the other diseases..

wat abt other patients..

wat about other hospitals....

and the govt has alloted 1000 crores for aarogyasri in the last budget....(dis budget it is 2000 crores for aarogyasri)

fine...

now if dat 1000 crores is used to develop the available 1000 govt hospitals in the state ...

no need to pay every year 1000 crores to corporate hospitals......

now do u agree with wat i have said above....

i need to say one more thing before i stop....

the presently running 108 scheme is very good...we need to appreciate the govt for dis scheme....

friends dis is just a single scheme i have exposed to u...like dis der r many in wich crores of money is being wasted.....
